What construction technology was used?

Entire temple is build according to "green building" standards using traditional but resurging methods like "rammed earth" technology and building with CEB, compressed stabilized earth blocks in combination with stone masonry especially typical of Karnataka and south Indian stone craft.

Construction technology used in Nigdi temple

1. Truss technology for roof instead of RCC slabs.
2. Laterite Bricks instead of using normal bricks and plastering.

Materials used

1. Wood from various trees like Jambhul, Pine, Mango, Teak, Jackfruit, Shivan, Arjun and also   Kali Matti Wood, Chipped Ply.
2. Gujrat Teak temple hall for flooring.

• All students must attend the full temple program, mangala arati, tulasi, japa, darsana and bhagavatam class mon-sat.
