Introduction

In Los Angeles, we have a wonderful restaurant and gift shop catering to the tastes of people from different statuses. We have hosted a few Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities at Govinda's. Govinda's has also been given 4.5 stars on 5 by a very popular internet review engine and one of the top 25 restaurants in the US. Govinda's has its own website where viewers can learn about the devotees who work there, the credentials of the head chef, the weekly schedule of menu items and a little about Krishna conscious philosophy. On every table at Govinda's several of Srila Prabhupada's books are placed upright in holders. Customers are often seen reading while eating and they sometimes make a donation to take the books home with them.
