Teachers are the main assets of the school. "The future of the world is in the hands of the mothers of the world". We look for motherly qualities in teachers. Subject proficiency is checked through written evaluations, personal interviews and classroom demos. The acceptability of the spiritual environment to the teacher is also seen though we do not force anyone to adopt Krishna Consciousness. Many teachers have taken to Krishna Consciousness on their own without any direct preaching to them.  The teacher being a role model for the students needs to display patience, tolerance and sensitivity towards the students.
