Dealing with Government organizations

Dealing with Govt. bodies is an important function of PR deptt at Chowpatty. Here we have to deal with:

1. BMC (Bombay Municipal Corporation),
2. Traffic police (for any festival arrangements),
3. Police department (security and festivals),
4. Judiciary (for any legal issues)

Some of the members of PR deptt exclusively take care of such people. They are very crucial as they can help us or harm us. So regular touch with them is important. Devotees invite them for various temple festivals and visit them on a regular basis.

In order to cultivate them and inspire them, we take them for special PR Yatras to holy places like Mayapur. There have been an over whelming response from these people during the yatras and the temple’s relationship with them has tremendously improved.

This category includes people from non-govt background but are socially and economically very influential. The methodology used is based on the vision described above. The idea is to bring these people from a neutral level to favorable and then if possible practicing members.

As part of cultivation we take them for yatras, invite them for special festivals and devotees stay regularly in touch with them.
