- Mentoring system is where one devotee tries to help another devotee in their spiritual progress. He is like a friend.
- Why is it needed?
o For close devotional relationships
o Positive role models
o Inspiration and care
- What is the role of a mentor?
o A friend
o Assist and guide
o Be a role model
- What is the role of a mentee?
- Before accepting a mentor think whether you:
o Are ready to go deeper in spiritual life
o Need guidance in spiritual life
o Want to be dedicated and how much effort can I put into this
o It is the responsibility of the mentee to communicate regularly with the mentor.
- How to find a mentor?
o Please get in touch with Mentorship coordinator (MC)
o Give your options to the MC
o In case you are not sure than contact the MC for guidance and help
- Things to note:
o The mentor should be a person with greater experience and knowledge in spiritual life
o The mentee should feel they can trust the mentor and be open and hones to them.
