Scope

The policies stated in this manual apply to all operations and activities in our Kitchen. The scope of our food safety system may be stated as in the following example:

'The preparation and on premise distribution of vegetarian Food'.

It is the responsibility of all department managers to help define, implement, and maintain the procedures required by this manual and to ensure that all internal processes related to food safety conform to these requirements. It is the responsibility of all employees to follow procedures that implement these policies and to help strive for continuous improvement in all activities and processes or Our Kitchen.
